Yeast : Wild

Vinification : fermentation for 10 days in steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 29°C, followed by five months in 25 hl barrels and least two months bottle-ageing.

Colour : Deep ruby red tending towards garnet red with age.

Aroma : Intense e characteristic with a slight hint of a smell red fruit.

Palate : Full bodied and harmonious which lingers through the palate with a cherry aftertaste
