Build high-level manufacturing industry technology research institutes. If the investment scale is more than 50 million yuan, in which the investment of instruments and equipment accounts for more than 60% and districts and counties (cities) have already invested funds to support it, the municipal finance will grant subsidies of not more than 20% and 30% respectively, and up to 30 million yuan, according to their investment in scientific research infrastructure (excluding land purchase) and R&D instruments and equipment. For the projects of "3511" key industrial technological revolution with an investment scale of more than 10 million yuan (including), a subsidy will be awarded and compensated according to the actual input after the project is completed and put into operation. Among them: integrated circuit and intelligent equipment industry projects will be subsidized not more than 20% and up to 30 million yuan according to actual investment; other projects and intelligent manufacturing projects in the eight sub-industries, and industrial strong foundation projects will be subsidized not more than 10% and up to 20 million yuan in accordance with actual investment; and other projects will be subsidized not more than 8% and up to 10 million yuan in accordance with actual investment. Implement Intelligent Manufacturing Project |
Encourage enterprises to implement intelligent transformation. Subsidies of not more than 20% and up to 30 million yuan will be given to pilot enterprises of automation (intellectualization) equipment renovation, municipal intelligent chemical plants and digital workshop projects in accordance with their actual investment. Within two consecutive years from the next year when the project is completed and put into operation, enterprises will be rewarded with 60% of the added VAT and income tax at the municipal level. Encourage the promotion and application of the first (set) of intelligent equipment products. Rewards of 1 million yuan and 500,000 yuan will be given respectively for the first (set) equipment products in China and in Zhejiang Province. Ningbo supports insurance institutions to set up professional insurance categories for the first (set) equipment products independently developed and manufactured in Ningbo. For the first (set) complete equipment, 80% of the first year's insurance premium will be subsidized; for the first (set) components and robots, 80% of the premium for the first 50 sets in the first year will be subsidized. The maximum allowance shall not exceed 5 million yuan. If an enterprise purchases or leases the intelligent equipment products of the key superior enterprises in Ningbo through financing, its purchasing and financing leasing costs shall be doubled as actual investment, and subsidies will be given according to the proportion determined by the type and nature of the project. At the same time, for those which meet the conditions of intensive land use, the base price of land transfer can be determined at 70% of the minimum price standard of open land transfer in Zhejiang Province.
