Ningbo International Talent Innovation Base of Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was established in Jinhuixiaozhen Office of Sino-Italian Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Promotion Center on August 31, 2018. Mr. CHEN Zhongchao, Deputy Mayor of Ningbo Municipal Government, MS CHEN Yu, Deputy Director of Organization Department of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee, Secretary Committee of the Party Committee and Director of Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, officers from Ningbo Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Mr. CHU Mengxing, Executive Chief of Haishu District, officers of Haishu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Hi-tech Zone Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Beilun Disctrict Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Yinzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Jiangbei District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, officers from Yuehu Subdistrict, and Mr. REN Wenjie, Chairman of Phase Motion Control Ningbo Ltd. attended the establishment ceremony.
The mission of the base is to take advantage of Phase Motion Control Ningbo’s years of experience and resources of cooperation with Italy, the platform and channel established by Sino-Italian Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Promotion Center, to import technologies and talents of high-end intelligent manufacturing and R&D areas of Italy as well as European countries and U.S.A to Ningbo. Through communication, cooperation and transformation, to provide leading technologies and R&D support to move forward the innovation capabilities of enterprises, institutes and universities of Ningbo and areas nearby, to realize transformation and upgrading of industries, and eventually to achieve true landing of talents and projects. Furthermore, to enhance the influence of Ningbo in Italy and other overseas countries to make contributions to Ningbo’s gathering of innovative resources and setup of talent highland.
