Mr. Wang Shihai

Managing Director of SDIC Fund Management Company Ltd., in charge of investment in intelligent manufacturing and modern agricultural machinery fields of national advanced manufacturing industrial investment fund. He has a master degree of Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Mr. WANG gained extensive experience in security, investment and enterprise management areas through years of practices in banks and security companies. He was the Project Manager in Hua Xia Bank from 1999 to 2003. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. WANG was the Senior Manager in Bank Department and Associate Director in China Europe Security. From 2008 to 2010, he was a member of the Raw Material and Equipment Manufacturing Team, the Financial Industry Team in Citic Securities, later was appointed as the Deputy President. He joined SDIC Fund Management Company Ltd. as Managing Director in 2010. He was a member of the funding team.

Mr. WANG has led the IPO of various companies and related acquisition, reorganization and refunding businesses during his years in security industry. Since joined SDIC Fund Management Company Ltd., he takes charge of various investment projects such as Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd. (SH. 601799), Jinneng Science and Technology Company (SH. 603113), Saurer Group (SH. 600545), Suzhou Leaderdrive, Tianjin Lovol Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Wanfeng Technology (acquisition project of Pasling Robot), Phase Motion Control Ningbo, Beijing TSC Laser Technology (3D printing), Shanghai STEP Electric (SZ.002527), Zhejiang CW Group, and holds the position of Board Director or Supervisor of the above companies.

Meanwhile, Mr. WANG is also the Independent Board Director of Hiconics eco-energy Technology Co., Ltd. (SZ. 300048), Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology Inc. (SH. 603588), Hydee Software, Beijing Increase Innovative Medicine and Wins Finance Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: WINS). He has rich experience in enterprise management, board management and operation.
